Our technicians service central AC, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ducts, dehumidifiers, and indoor air quality equipment across the city. AC Repair and New AC Installation in Coral Springs

Coral Springs sits well inland, close to the Everglades, where summer afternoons often run hotter than they do along the coast. We repair every major AC brand, replace worn-out systems with efficient equipment matched to your home’s size, and install ductless units for bonus rooms and converted garages. See our air conditioning page.

Coral Springs Heating and Heat Pump Services

Because Coral Springs is inland, winter nights can feel noticeably cooler here than in the coastal cities to the east. Heat pumps and electric heat strips keep most homes comfortable during those cold fronts. We repair, replace, and maintain heating systems so they’re ready when the temperature dips. Learn more on our heating services page.

Signs Your Coral Springs HVAC Needs a Technician

  • Your AC keeps running but can’t get below the mid-70s in the afternoon.
  • Airflow from the vents feels weaker than it used to.
  • You hear a loud buzz from the outdoor unit when it tries to start.
  • Allergy symptoms get worse when the system runs.
  • Water collects in the drain pan or overflows the air handler.
  • Your AC is more than 12 years old and repairs are adding up.

How Preventive Maintenance Helps Coral Springs AC Systems

  • Cleaner indoor air: Fresh filters and clean coils help reduce the pollen and dust that thrive in Coral Springs’ landscaping.
  • Steady cooling: Proper refrigerant levels and clean components help your system keep up on the hottest days.
  • Longer equipment life: Regular inspections catch worn parts early and reduce strain on the compressor.

Plumbing Services in Coral Springs From Licensed Plumbers

Homes built in Coral Springs during the 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s often have copper, polybutylene, or early CPVC supply lines that are now showing their age. Our licensed plumbers repair leaks, replace aging pipe, install new fixtures, and respond to plumbing emergencies throughout the city. We serve homeowners, HOAs, and businesses alike. Visit our plumbing services page.

Plumbing services for Coral Springs homeowners:

  • Pinhole leaks along copper pipes in the garage or attic.
  • A toilet that keeps running or refills on its own.
  • Hot spots in the floor near the kitchen or bathrooms.
  • Drains that slow down at the same time in several rooms.
  • Low water pressure at the shower or kitchen sink.
  • Water stains on drywall near a bathroom or laundry room.

Fixing plumbing problems early protects the parts of your home that are hardest to replace, like tile floors, cabinetry, and drywall. It also keeps water bills in check and lowers the risk of mold growth in South Florida’s humidity. When you’re planning to sell, updated plumbing can make the inspection process smoother too.

  • Aging copper and polybutylene: Supply lines from the 1970s through the early 1990s are prone to pinhole leaks and brittle fittings.
  • Slab leaks: Pipes running under concrete foundations can wear through with little warning.
  • Root intrusion: The city’s mature trees and landscaping send roots into sewer laterals and drain lines.

Coral Springs Water Heater Repair and Installation

A water heater that’s leaking, rumbling, or running out of hot water too soon is usually telling you it’s worn out. We repair and flush existing tanks, replace units nearing the end of their life, and install tankless water heaters for families who need plenty of hot water. See our water heater services page.

Drain and Sewer Repair in Coral Springs

Trees are part of what makes Coral Springs so green, and their roots are also one of the top causes of sewer problems here. We inspect your line with a camera to find the blockage or damage, then clear it with drain cleaning or hydro jetting, or repair and replace the failing pipe. Visit our drains and sewers page.

Coral Springs Electrical Services From Licensed Electricians

Coral Springs homes are carrying heavier electrical loads than ever, with pool equipment, home offices, EV chargers, and larger AC systems all drawing power. Our licensed electricians handle repairs, panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting, and surge protection for homes and businesses across the city. As an official Generac dealer, we also install and service standby generators that keep your household running through outages. See our electrical services page.

Electrical services for Coral Springs homeowners:

  • Your panel is original to a home built before the mid-1990s.
  • Breakers trip when the pool pump and AC run together.
  • Outlets spark, feel warm, or have stopped working.
  • Lights dim when large appliances start up.
  • You’re working from home and running out of outlets and circuits.
  • Electronics fail after thunderstorms.

Hurricanes and tropical storms can knock out power across Broward County for days at a time. A Generac standby generator senses the outage and turns on automatically, keeping your AC, refrigerator, internet, and medical equipment running. For families with kids, home offices, or aging parents, that peace of mind is often the deciding factor.

A handful of problems account for most of the electrical calls we get in Coral Springs:

  • Panels that are full or undersized for today’s household demand
  • Lightning surges damaging HVAC controls, pool equipment, and electronics
  • Aging wiring and outlets in homes from the city’s early decades

JD was wonderful! Although there was a hiccup in getting the right equipment, JD and his helper were able to put up scaffolding and install a ceiling fan 30 feet high, in under two hours. He did an amazing job. I would use Spectrum again in the future, and would most definitely recommend and hire JD again.
